Experienced Inventory Clerk
We are looking for experienced clerks to join our highly motivated team and are currently recruiting for the position of self-employed inventory clerks. (Training will be given)
The position is flexible hours but a permanent position. Excellent rates of pay, the applicants will be paid on a per job basis.
Main Agents/Clients are in North, East, West & Central London, Docklands, and surrounding areas.
THE JOB ENTAILS THE FOLLOWING:
Collecting and returning keys to and from the estate agents
Meeting tenants, landlords and property managers, visiting and inspecting residential properties
Dictating accurate descriptions of all items in the property and their condition (compiling inventories, check ins and check outs)
Taking a detailed set of photographs to accompany the dictation / report
Taking meter readings / Listing keys for the property
THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN AN APPLICANT:
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong people skills
Excellent attention to detail;
Ability to work autonomously and without constant supervision;
Presentable, punctual, Reliable and trustworthy, Smartly dressed
Flexible - happy to work outside of normal working hours to provide support.
We take care of all the bookings, the clients, the workload and the typing / compiling of the reports. The number of the inspections varies from month to month. Ideally the position would suit someone who would be happy with a variable monthly income.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:
Digital camera / Mobile phone / Meter keys
Laptop/computer with Fast internet connection
Training will be given
Liable for own taxes & a UK Bank account
