Receptionist / Administrator Position Available

Bridgeplex Ltd are a specialist Acoustics/Finishings company in South West London.
We are currently recruiting a Receptionist/Administrator to join our growing team.
Key responsibilities/Skills include (but are not limited to)
- Good organisational skills a must
- Answering the phone in a friendly, confident efficient manner
- Opening the post
- Typing Letters
- Updating spreadsheets
- Liaising with suppliers, clients and other staff members
- Creating Project Paperwork (we have our own in-house system which you would be trained in)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Be able to cope with a varied, busy workload
- Ability to work in a flexible manner across all areas of the business - training provided as necessary
- Statutory holiday entitlement
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary £23k per annum, Negotiable - depending on experience
- Full-time position. Hours are 09:00-17.30 Monday – Friday.
