Receptionist / Administrator Position Available
Bridgeplex Limited – Putney, SW15

Bridgeplex Ltd are a specialist Acoustics/Finishings company in South West London.

We are currently recruiting a Receptionist/Administrator to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities/Skills include (but are not limited to)

  • Good organisational skills a must
  • Answering the phone in a friendly, confident efficient manner
  • Opening the post
  • Typing Letters
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Filing
  • Liaising with suppliers, clients and other staff members
  • Creating Project Paperwork (we have our own in-house system which you would be trained in)
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Be able to cope with a varied, busy workload
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner across all areas of the business - training provided as necessary
  • Statutory holiday entitlement
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary £23k per annum, Negotiable - depending on experience
  • Full-time position. Hours are 09:00-17.30 Monday – Friday.
