Demi Chef de Partie role overview

  • The ideal Demi Chef de Partie will take pride working in The Promenade, frequently referred to as ‘the drawing room of Mayfair’ since opening in 1931

  • Your help will be crucial in creating delectable dishes range from informal dining on breakfast, lunch and dinner to award winning afternoon tea

  • Together with the Chef de Partie or in absence, you will supervise all cooking personnel in your section. You will have the opportunity to sample, smell and observe food to ensure that recipes and standards are maintained

  • As a Demi Chef de Partie, you must be self-motivated and patient to train and develop other Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs
