Sous Chef Job for 3 AA Rosette Restaurant Pushing for a Star *RELOCATION*
An exclusive hotel in the Scottish Highlands is looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to join their 3 AA Rosette kitchen. The restaurant is internationally recognised and is regularly voted as one of the best in Scotland. It is the focus of this restaurant to gain a Michelin Star and they are building their strong team around this.
The kitchen team are ambitious and so they need a Sous Chef who shares these ambitions. You will be working with the very best ingredients to create classical French dishes with a modern Scottish twist.
As the Sous Chef you will be a key player in ensuring that the very highest standards are maintained at all times. You will need to be passionate and creative while maintaining a calm head even when under pressure.
Duties will include
- Supporting the Head Chef and deputising in his absence
- Coaching more junior members of the kitchen team
- Overseeing all sections to ensure consistent quality
- Contributing to menu design

Though this hotel is in the Scottish Highlands it is close to a large town which offers quality but affordable housing. Temporary accommodation can be provide if relocation is needed.
Salary: Up to £32,000 + a share of gratuities
