Junior Sous Chef Required for busy Holland Park Brasserie
With great transport links and prominently placed the Mitre has gained a reputation for serving great food, sophisticated drinks in a welcoming atmosphere.
We are looking for a strong and passionate chef to join our team to continue and improve our food offer. Our menu changes every two months to utilise the best in seasonal produce, with an emphasis on British dishes that can cater for all tastes.
We believe in fresh food, so the majority of our menu is made on site with only few items bought in. Our food is uncomplicated but delivers on flavour and presentation.
We are part of a small group of pubs & restaurants whose goal is to have the best offer and service around.
Expect duties to include food preparation and service, the kitchen is open from 12pm until 10pm Monday to Thursday and 10.30pm Friday and Saturday.
