Domiciliary Care Worker Part-time - Chiswick W4 - no experience necessary
We’re recruiting caring and compassionate people to join our OUTSTANDING (CQC-rated November 2016) team of care workers providing care to older people at home.

At Care Concern, you will have the opportunity to enhance the lives of our elderly clients, engage with them on a one-to-one basis and build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with them. We pride ourselves on our high standards of care and consistent service.
Visits range from 30-minutes (minimum) to longer day shifts and overnight shifts. Duties include personal care, meal support, administering medication and companionship. Our rota coordinator schedules realistic shifts that give you time to travel between clients within the same geographic area.
You will be fully trained in the Care Certificate during your probationary period and you will not work unsupervised until you have the skills, competence and confidence to do so. All training is paid and support from the management team is on-going.
Care workers report to a small team of care managers. Managers regularly pop in to see clients and care workers, and respond quickly to issues and concerns. We liaise with our clients, their families and relevant community services to provide a holistic service.
