Administrator – Croydon
A long established, Croydon based and respected electrical engineering company that has been in operation for over 30 years providing electrical & mechanical solutions are looking to appoint an Assistant Administrator to their team to work on a temporary contract basis. Initially a 4 week contract but could lead to longer contract.
Working 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday duties will include telephone answering and call handling, data input, filing and answering customer enquiries. A good standard of word processing is required coupled with efficient organisational skills. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a good standard of written and verbal English language skills as responsibilities will include letter and report writing.
Requirements for Administrator
- Previous Admin experience required
- Must be computer Literate
- Must have good verbal English language skills
- Must be organised and reliable
- Must be able to provide 2 x checkable reference
- Accounts exp desirable but not essential
Paying good rates of pay dependant upon experience.
