Porthmeor Beach Cafe/Restaurant is located in one of Cornwalls' busiest beach side villages. Picturesque St. Ives is home to many restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques and galleries and is a sort after holiday destination that now has an all year round buzz about it. Our restaurant is located on Porthmeor Beach just below the Tate Gallery and has incredible views over the bay. It has become an iconic place to take in amazing sunsets over dinner, enjoy watching the surf over lunch or have a healthy breakfast and a fantastic coffee. We are renowned for our tapas style dishes and our focus on using fresh, sustainable and local produce. 

We are looking for experienced chefs in the positions of : Commis Chef, Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Dessert Chef.

Candidates should display a creative flair and a passion for hospitality. Have a high knowledge of fresh produce and how it should be handled. Have the ability to work well within a team. Have excellent health and hygiene skills and knowledge and you must be reliable and punctual.

Competitive rates of pay available depending on which position you are applying for and this will be discussed on application.
