Our exclusive client is currently seeking a Head Pastry Chef for their new fine dining Mediterranean Restaurant opening shortly. The restaurant will focus solely on Mediterranean cuisine, using only fresh seasonal, high-end produce. Everything will be made within the new kitchens, ranging from breads through to desserts.
Our client is seeking a talented Head Pastry Chef with a proven track record of managing a pastry section to high standards.
Opening Dates – End of February 2018
- Up to £30,000 dependant on experience
