Part-time Administration Assistant required, E17
We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join a company which has its roots in the accounting sector. You will be joining a small team and given an opportunity to develop office administrative skills through on-going training and development.
Daily duties will include:
-Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
-Sorting out the documents
-Keeping database up to date
-Companies house submissions
-Applying for customers bank accounts
-General ad hoc administrative duties as required
What we are looking for:
-No previous experience required, full training will be provided
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
-Basic understanding of bookkeeping or/and accounting will be advantage
-Good communication skills and high attention to detail
-Logic and common sense thinking
-Flexibility and willingness to learn
-Self motivated and adaptable individual, able to work on your own
-Ability to multi-task
This is a part time job offer: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 – 13:00
