We are proudly one of the most exciting, fastest growing start up Wine Bars in London. With multiple locations throughout the city we are a growing business with an established and strong reputation for amazing wines at excellent prices, brilliant customer service and super tasty food options served in a friendly and buzzing atmosphere.
Starting from fantastically well sourced cheeses and charcuteries we’ve built up our range of food platters and we’re now happy to be able to offer what we think are some of the tastiest small plate dishes in town. Modern creative and locally sourced.
About The Role:
Daily MEP service working to company specs
Managing wastage and adhering to costings
Working on small and large scale events
Ordering, stock control and rotation
Further menu development, design and implementation
Multiple London locations available
Full Time 45 - 55 hrs per week
To succeed in this role you will need to have:
Experience in a similar catering role/position at similar level for a minimum of 2 years
High end hospitality experience
Passion for creating and executing food excellence
Ability to manage kitchen brigades
Down to earth "can do" attitude
