Club Free Spirit has a vacancy for an ambitious, conscientious person to work in our Shenfield office.

The principle role would be brand manager for our health and fitness product www.newyoubootcamp.com but the role would also entail administrative support for our Golf brand www.golfplanetholidays.com

Tasks

Day to day work will include:

  • Loading Bookings
  • Speaking to clients
  • Selling/telephone work
  • Organising holiday arrangements
  • Checking holiday arrangements
  • Liaison with key staff and ground staff/hotels
  • Understanding client needs and responding appropriately

Essential skills include:

  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Drive and motivation to succeed
  • Knowledge of word, excel, Outlook and office tools
  • Knowledge of cloud based booking systems and database systems

Useful skills include:

  • Enthusiasm for health, fitness and diet as part of life
  • Knowledge of golf
  • Knowledge of Magento and/or Wordpress
  • Travel experience
  • French, German or Spanish language
  • SEO knowledge
  • Social media in a business context

The role would be based in our Shenfield office and is a full-time job. However, consideration would be given to part-time working effectively splitting the job between more than one applicant.
