Salary: Starting at £19,000k- £21,000 + Commission

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Sunday- Flexible hours

An exciting role for an inbound Customer support specialist has arisen. They are looking for a friendly and professional candidate who takes pride in providing expert customer service, and has a passion for helping others. It is our client’s belief that their customer service representatives serve as the front line for information and assistances to any clients. You would be receiving calls from customers and resolving any problems they might be facing.

Being calm natured and resilient is a must!

They offer a fantastic training program to get you started. It will run for 3 weeks 9am-5:30pm. 100% attendance is mandatory to complete the course.

You will have an excellent telephone manner, professionalism, enthusiasm and able to start immediately.

This is a permanent role.
