Sous Chef, Junior Sous and Wine Manager £31-33K + Bonus
Tomos Parry, previously of Kitty Fishers, is opening his new restaurant BRAT, in Shoreditch.
We are looking for a Sous chef and Wine Manager, however if you’re ambitious and would love to work with the best produce, wine and people, please get in touch.
BRAT is a first floor restaurant, with an open kitchen and daily changing menu. The menu will take influence from grill restaurants in the Basque region while working with seasonal native British produce.
BRAT will be collaborating on the wine list with Keeling Andrew & Co, the new wine import company set up by the founders of Noble Rot.
Previous experience cooking over wood and charcoal, being part of a small team, working closely with suppliers and interacting with guests in an open kitchen would all be preferable.
