Floor Staff in Farringdon/Clerkenwell Pub/Restaurant for small award winning Independent pub group
Full time floor staff needed for immediate start.
We are seeking experienced floor staff who have a passion for food, service, drinks & working with natural wines. We are looking for someone who loves being in a buzzing pub environment to join our rapidly growing team and company starting immediately.
The Green opened in December 2016, since then we have become extremely popular for both locals and Londoners from far and wide alike. We opened our first floor restaurant in order to create a relaxed dining room separate to the busy pub, which is also used for private hires. The pub has a changing range of draught and bottle beers as well as a compact back bar.
Having been open only just over a year we have a lot to do and a lot of space to grow. It’s an amazing and exciting time for us and we are looking for strong people to contribute to our continued growth and success.
Waiters & waitresses should have an in depth knowledge and passion for food and care about working with the best ingredients available. The kitchen serves a range of British, classic French and European dishes that change regularly sourced from suppliers who share similar values to us. We only use fresh, organic and seasonal produce to respectfully prepare great dishes.
The pub is open daily from 12pm and closes at midnight Monday - Saturday and 11pm Sundays. We have capacity in the pub for 100 people - days & nights are vibrant, busy and fast-paced. All applicants should be confident that they can work with a smile on their face, delivering great service for everyone who walks through the door.
Within the company we are rapidly growing and are dedicated to training and promoting from within the company. Each member of staff will have the opportunity to grow through the ranks and be first in line to be considered for any of our new openings or current openings.
The opportunity is for full time, experienced and passionate individuals. 40-45 hours per week, great pay and a 100% equal share in service charge and gratuity from both the pub and restaurant. Shifts usually consist of two doubles and three singles (morning or evenings) a week, with extra available hours if desired.
The company has grown rapidly and is looking towards a 4th site, this means very really and achievable opportunities for the best team members.
