Sous Chef - Central Production Kitchen
We are the team behind Bone Daddies Ramen Bars, Flesh & Buns and Shackfuyu in Soho.
Our restaurants offer creative quality Japanese-inspired cuisine. Each of our restaurants delivers a distinctly different experience, from Bone Daddies' ramen to Flesh & Buns' sushi & steamed buns and Shackfuyu's Kare Pan & Kinako French Toast: Bone Daddies specializes in beautifully crafted, Japanese-inspired food that tastes great.
Due to expansion and promotion, we are looking for a number of passionate, dedicated and hardworking Sous Chefs to join our Central Production Team in Bermondsey.
- Ensure compliance with H&S and Food Safety
- Ensure consistency in all food items created for restaurants in a timely manner
- Recruitment, training & development of all staff
For the right person, there is plenty of scope to get creative with your menu ideas while learning a lot about the quality offerings of our menus also.
You will have built your career within a fresh food and quality driven environment, equipped with the skills to run a high-volume, productive and profitable production kitchen. We are very proud of the quality of our products, using only the best ingredients available, and are looking for a Sous Chef who will share our passion. Experience working in a production kitchen is desirable.
You will have an eye for detail, strong Food Safety, and Health & Safety understanding to ensure adherence at all times.
