Sous Chef – Family Owned Restaurant – Cornwall
Paramount Personnel are recruiting a Sous Chef for a family run restaurant in North Cornwall.
Their passion is great food and great service, and they are proud to use local suppliers and produce to provide customers with high quality dishes in a relaxed and informal environment. They have a reputation for friendly, efficient and unobtrusive service and are looking for a Sous Chef that will fit in well with their ethos.
We are looking for an organised gastro/rosette level Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in leading the very busy kitchen. You must possess excellent leadership skills, an eye for detail, combined with a passion for using quality local produce.
The Sous Chef will have the ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure and have a passion for innovative and exciting gastro menus through lunch and dinner services as well as serving breakfast. You will be able to take control of all aspects of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and be able to accurately manage potion control and stock levels.
This is a full time, permanent, year-round role. Fantastic salary is on offer plus other benefits.
