About our Franchise Wealth Business Consultant role

The role will be to build relationships within their panel of Advisers and facilitate the distribution of the full range of Vitality Invest products. They will be responsible for the training, development and education of the adviser as well as their para-planners and administrators on all the VitalityInvest products and systems. They will be responsible for the growing of the VitalityInvest market share in their region both with existing Vitality supporters as well as those who are new to Vitality.

Responsibilities as our Franchise Wealth Business Consultant include:

- Building a panel of brokers who are able to distribute the full range of Vitality Invest products
- Build on relationships of existing Vitality supporters as well as develop new relationships
- Secure new assets under management in line with agreed targets
- Train and educate their advisers on the Vitality Invest product and fund range as well as the benefits of these for their clients
- Both run and co-ordinate training events for their panel of brokers
- Identify new opportunities to grow the VitalityInvest footprint
- Train the Advisers administrators and para-planners on the VitalityInvest systems and products
- Be the first point of contact for all adviser related questions
- Be seen as the subject matter expert for the VitalityInvest product as well as our range of internal funds
- Contribute to and identify new opportunities for the Vitality Invest product within the retirement market
- Contribute and participate in the development of the rest of the VitalityInvest distribution team

Essential Skills Required

- RO2
- RO5 or equivalent
- Proven track record within the Investment industry
