Secretary with QuickBooks experience – Part Time
We are a family business based in Charminster looking for a Secretary with basic bookkeeping experience.
The successful candidate must be confident using QuickBooks, Microsoft and computers in general. Please see below a list of general tasks you will be expected to undertake:
1)Raising client invoices on QuickBooks
2)Marking invoices as paid on QuickBooks and in the invoice book
3)Checking payments on bank statements and marking paid on QuickBooks
4)General Administration – Letter writing, emails, post etc
5)Marketing – Twice a week, time is spent issuing brochures to potential customers and following up with a telephone call a few days later. The successful candidate must be confident and happy to do gentle marketing.
6)Provide a monthly statement for some of our clients
Ideally the successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Excellent customer service
Able to work on own initiative
Able to make decisions
Fluent English Language
This role is Monday – Friday 16 hours per week and paid £8.75 per hour.
