We are looking for experienced B2B or B2C callers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in Portslade. They have a very good reputation in the industry and are looking for candidates who are ready to meet the high standards of service.
Previous experience in the financial services industry is not imperative however it will be greatly beneficial.
Your role would be to help the company grow by bringing in new business.
· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
· Answer questions about products or the company
· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
· Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
· Enter and update customer information in the database
· Take enquiries and pass them to the relevant colleague in a timely manner.
· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
You must be degree educated!
There is a basic salary + uncapped commission structure.
The hours are 9:00-17:30 MON-FRI
Salary: £18,000.00 to £20,000.00 /year + Commission
