Junior Sous Chef
Experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious Sous Chef required at The Dolphin our flagship South-East London pub to produce good quality food using fresh and seasonal ingredients. Creativity and a good eye for detail are essential for putting together outstanding yet simple dishes.

Successful candidates should have at least two years’ experience of cooking fresh food using seasonal produce. We are looking for a flexible and committed individual with strong leadership & organisational skills, a positive attitude and a hands-on approach, to make their mark in this expanding company. In return we offer good rates of pay and working hours, 2 days off a week, 28 days flexible holidays and an opportunity to develop and grow within the business and further your career.
46 hours per week
Good spoken English essential.
