Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity provides emotional and practical support for families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. This Sunday Times Top 100 Not-For-Profit organisation is looking to appoint a Corporate Partnerships Executive to join their highly successful corporate fundraising team to build and drive new business development.

You will be fully supported and involved with a great team and be able to share in the development and success of the whole organisation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with businesses about Rainbow Trust via phone, online and face to face
  • Responsible for delivering targeted revenue (as set out in annual budget)
  • The voice of our charity fundraising for seriously ill children and their families and building sustainable relationships with potential corporate partners
  • Autonomy over your own projects, with the mentorship of your manager
  • Identify opportunities for further growth of our brand
  • Negotiating new fundraising opportunities with corporate supporters
  • Working closely with cross functional teams including events, marketing and communications.

This is a permanent opportunity, with full investment in your career training and development.

Ideally you should have commercial awareness, be a comfortable telephone and face to face communicator, with good organisation and IT skills.  We are looking for someone with passion for researching, selling and negotiating.  Someone who is naturally warm and enthusiastic, with the ability to build relationships quickly and communicate effectively, whilst using, own initiative towards a team goal.  Educated to degree level, ideally business related.
