We are now looking for a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills to work as part of our team.

As an Administrator / Personal Assistant you will ensure that stock is on sale, priced, tagged, filled out and rotated online through our virtual website. You will work autonomously within company merchandising guidelines and timescales, to ensure the effective merchandising of products contributing to sales opportunities.

The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. 

Working hours will be flexible approx 20 hours per week varying between evenings and weekends. 

Depending on performance and comoany progress, there will be potential for a full time post. As we are a newly established businsss, you'll have responsibility for the administrative processes of the company, you'll liaise with suppliers, conduct stock checks and work on ad hoc tasks as required. You'll work closely with the owner to ensure the accurate receipt, movement and recording of goods in the businsss to help maintain an accurate stock profile.

IT Skills are essential as a lot of the work will be advertising / branding and continuously updating the wesbite. Knowledge of social media including Facebook Twitter etc is essential.

The salary will be £7.50 per hour. Location is in a the vibrant and enriched Salford Quays / Media City 5 minutes from Manchester City Centre.
