Brooks Country House is a 25-bedroom boutique hotel and restaurant and caters for Weddings and small functions. We are highly customer focused business and are establishing a reputation for affordable luxury. This role needs a Deputy GM who is experienced, extremely personable and hands on with a track record of mentoring & developing a team.

We are looking for someone who currently has:

·At least 2 years hotel management experience as a Deputy GM or an Experienced F&B Manager or Front of House Manager with good knowledge of reservation software and experience of Wedding and Event sales, looking to move into hotel general management.

·Ability to engage & develop your team

·Strong F&B background

·Experience in a 4* full service or Boutique hotel

·Great people skills, able to recruit, nurture, develop and lead a team

·Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with strong ability to network at all levels to develop profitable and sustainable business partnerships

·Exceptional skills in developing new businesses to ensure continuous business growth, along with a proven track record, in meeting and exceeding targets in revenue and profitability

·Proven revenue and yield management experience, with sound working knowledge of revenue management skills and strategies

·Passion & drive for food and beverage, service and hospitality in general

·Entrepreneurial mind with vision for the future

·Strong financial acumen and commercial abilities to ensure a sustainable & profitable business

·Passion for hospitality service excellence, with an eye for detail towards delivering an unrivalled customer service experience 

Working closely with the General Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the hotel operation and its people. While taking a strategic overview, and planning to maximise profits, you must also pay attention to the details, setting the example for staff to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets guests' needs and exceed expectations
