Restaurant manager required for award winning Boutique Hotel, Exciting New Position
Award Winning Boutique hotel seeks enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience to complement the top-quality food and wine served at the restaurant. Duties will include managing all aspects of service, preparation and close down of the restaurant, daily cashing up, wet stock ordering, organising staff and rotas (including holidays and cover), training staff, serving at table, recommending wine pairings, supporting promotion of the restaurant and social media presence. We require a person who understands the hospitality trade and its pressures, as regular weekend working is a requirement of this job. You must be a reliable and organised team player with a positive attitude.
