Aizle Restaurant seeks FT Chef de Partie
Aizle Restaurant is seeking a full time Chef de Partie. Preferably with pastry experience but not essential.
Aizle is a small, tasting menu only restaurant on the south side of Edinburgh. We are family owned. It's a small, intimate space with a closely knit team.

We're open Wed-Saturday dinner only. This position is salary and for approximately 55 hours per week.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
-2 years cooking experience, ideally in a Rosette/Michelin recognised restaurant
-A good knowledge of health and hygiene procedures and basic cooking techniques
-The ability to run and maintain your own section
-The ability to help with menu ideas and dishes
-Make a great staff tea
