Junior Operations and Projects Coordinator

We’re acquiring buildings in sought-after areas, that we refurbish and convert into high-end office spaces. Our strong team is aiming to give our clients an excellent home for their business.
RNR Property is looking for a young individual to join their operations team as Junior Operations and Project Coordinator. This is a very versatile role and the successful candidate will face new tasks every day.
You’re confident, outgoing and not afraid of new challenges. You have strong attention to detail and are a well organised person.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer service: Assisting with customer queries and resolving customer’s issues on site and via email and phone
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Contributing to successful project delivery
- Researching, planning, and implementing new processes that will further improve customer service quality

You will be reporting to the company’s Head of Corporate Development and work closely with the directors of the company.
