The England Sports Group have a growing gymnastics presence in schools across Surrey and Middlesex and a growing club programme. Due to this growth we are looking for a Director of Gymnastics to help build on this momentum and develop a training programme for our coaches.

This role would be a mixture of 15 hours of office time and 10+ hours of group coaching (potential to add additional hours) in schools and the club programme in the Esher and surrounding areas.

Medium Term Goals

A successful candidate in the role, dependent on their performance, can within two to three years be become a licensed partner of a club with us.

Multiple Streams of Revenue

Gymnastics Coaching

  • Club & school group tennis coaching paid at £20 - £25 per hour depending on experience.
  • Holiday gymnastics camps paid from £60 per day depending on experience.
  • Office time paid at £8 per hour.
  • Free Roadshow coaching to schools paid at £7.00 per hour.

Schools Recruitment

Learn how to sign up new schools and receive £100.00 for each new school you sign up and £75.00 for every additional class within that school.

Recruit Children from our camps to our courses, and schools to courses

Receive £15.00 for every child you successfully recruit from our holiday camps and school’s programmes to attend our term-time club courses.

To be successful in the above positions the following key character and skills are required;

Gymnastics England Level 2 coach minimum (with commitment of doing Level 3)

Must live in local comminuting distance

Highly organized and great attention to detail

Professional image

Reliable & Punctual

Highly personal with great communication skills

A love for working with children

Positive ‘Can Do Mental Attitude’

Willingness to work hard

Passion for learning and self-improvement

Fluent in the English language is essential

Portable DBS Check (if not a new one can be processed)
