Holiday Inn Express Newbury Park Duty Manager duties will include:
·To assist in all departments of the hotel as required
·Proficient in all departments and in particular front of house
·Knowledge of all services provided by the hotel
·Supervise and lead a small team
·Training and motivation for all staff
·To ensure that guests’ names and their correct titles are used at all times.
·Serving guests as and when needed
·To resolve and report all comments/complaints/problems
To be successful for this role you will need to have a solid background in a good quality 3 or 4 star hotel, minimum experience 2 years in front office capacity.
