Part time Receptionist/Dispatch Administrator
Part time Receptionist/Dispatch Administrator required for a furniture wholesaler in Cheadle.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, five hours per day, start time negotiable.
The role is varied but will involve the following tasks:
-General reception duties, answering calls and looking after visitors on arrival.
-Booking in deliveries/collections with customers for the orders.
-Entering sales orders and invoicing customers.
-Creating and organising manifests.
-Checking customer accounts are within their terms.
-Requesting/organising spare requests and posting out.
-Providing sales reps with relevant information.
-Providing customers with product information.
-Providing delivery information.
-Various other administration tasks as necessary.
-Previous administration experience.
-Excellent communication and team working skills.
-Organising and prioritising work, managing time effectively.
-Reliable and responsible.
-Good problem solving skills, able to work on own initiative as well as within the team.
-Confident PC user and competent in all Microsoft Office applications.
-Willing to work outside of normal office hours if required.
