We are looking for someone to oversee the general running of the business who is passionate about our products and ethics and can bring with them qualities that support the staff, clients and business as a whole.

This role needs someone who is highly organised, hardworking, dedicated and up for a challenge! Someone who wants to help support the fast growth of a small business without losing its heart.

You will be overseen by the Founder of NHR Organic Oils and you will be in charge of an amazing team of hardworking people who really care about our products and ethics.

We currently have 10 members of staff, some part time and some full time. You do not need to be an expert in essential oils, but you must have an interest and enthusiasm. Business development skills would be helpful and previous experience in management is essential.

Responsibilities for the Company Manager are very varied so the ability to multi-task and be adaptable is vital. The role will include the following:

•           Ordering and monitoring oils

•           Client relations

•           Supplier relations

•           Office Management

•           Overseeing of accounts and bookkeeping

•           HR

•           Payroll

•           Stock control and stock taking

•           Soil Association relations

•           Trade shows

•           Mill Retreat Centre bookings and enquiries

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Salary: To be negotiated.
