This is a newly created role. It is an outstanding opportunity for an extremely experienced New Business Sales Specialist to join a leading supplier of interiors products (if you already work in high end bathrooms, kitchen or washrooms marketplace this could be a great fit for you).

Working on a range of existing clients your focus will be to manage a range of high value projects in prestigious developments throughout London and central areas whilst identifying new business opportunities.  This role requires an extremely skilled Sales and Service Manager who can also be on site to project manage large installations. Previous experience collaborating with architects, planners, sub-contractors and developers is essential:

Key tasks include

Achieve and exceed budgeted sales and profit targets by building and maintaining long term relationships with both new prospects and existing accounts including main contractors, sub-contractors, house builders and developers and architects in order that Company goals are met.

Build a business development plan, generate and maintain a sales order pipeline, provide monthly forecasts and deliver against that plan and forecast.

Deliver accurate and timely planning, reporting, forecasting and administration so that the status of sales is visible to the wider organisation.

Increase the market share of developer and contractor spend so that revenue and profit targets are achieved, within a specified area.


•Demonstrable experience of consultative selling a B2B solution contracts (with a product and service element).
•Demonstrable experience of selling £100K to £500K and potentially £1M+ contracts.

•Previous sales, account management and business development experience within the construction industry, ideally within the kitchen or interior fit-out and manufacturing sector.
