Junior Pizzaiolo / Junior Pizza Chef/ Apprendista Pizzaiolo (pizza Napoletana con lievito madre)
BOnA is a busy independent pizza restaurant based in Forest Hill, South London, serving great Neapolitan sourdough pizza. In only 2 years since the opening we have been voted Best Restaurant in Forest Hill and the Gambero Rosso magazine put us amongst the best 12 pizzerias in London!
We are now looking for a full time JUNIOR PIZZAIOLO to join our fun team with an immediate start. At present we have a fully Italian kitchen Team and a very multinational Front of House, so it's also a great place to improve your English :-)
An ideal candidate would be someone that is hardworking, reliable and is willing to learn. At least SOME experience of working in high paced environment and in making Neapolitan Sourdough style pizza would be a huge plus. Good understanding and following of food hygiene and health and safety procedures is a must, but a full training will be provided by our First Pizzaiolo Vincenzo.
Evening shifts regularly finish at 11pm, therefore someone that lives locally or has a reasonable travel distance to SE23 or own transport would be an ideal fit for the job.
