Senior and Junior Chef Positions
NVQ level 3+
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
We are looking for a motivated, team player who will inspire, train and develop our junior kitchen team.
Working along side our head chef, developing menus and rotating/ordering stock. You will be expected to work all sections of the kitchen, meeting services times while continually maintaining 5* standards.
Understanding and ability to compile mise en place lists and handover instructions for the kitchen team.
NVQ level 2+
Motivated, team player keen to learn and develop their skills.
