Temper is an exciting concept from celebrated chef Neil Rankin. We have already received wide praise in the national press for our unique approach to food, buzzing atmosphere and ground breaking wine and cocktail lists. We are looking for experienced and energetic bartenders to join the team at our third restaurant, set to open at the end of April in Covent Garden . The restaurant will focus on live fire cookery, wine and vermouth. We will be serving a progressive range of house and classic cocktails as well as having an extensive selection of vermouths, draft beers and a wine list that will centred on North and South America.
