An exclusive hotel in the Scottish Highlands is looking for an exceptional Chef de Partie to join their 3 rosette kitchen. The restaurant is recognised internationally by all major guides and is run under the watchful eye of a renowned chef. This restaurant is making it their focus to gain Michelin Star and are building a strong team around this.
You will be part of a dedicated and highly skilled team producing modern British food with a French twist. You will be working with the very finest local produce to create dishes that maintain the highest standards.
This is the ideal opportunity to work and train with some of the country's finest chef. This restaurant focusses on development and progression so is the ideal starting point for your culinary career.
Ideally you will have prior experience in a reputable restaurant. You will need to have a flair and passion together with excellent cooking techniques in order to prepare food to the expected standards. You will be working as part of a close knit team and so excellent communication skills and a calm head are essential.
This is a live in position. Accommodation and meals will be provided.
Salary: £23,400 + share of gratuities.
