Renaissance Personnel Ltd is a multiple award-winning Nursing and Care agency providing nursing and care staff to the NHS, local authorities, independent companies and to individuals in their own homes.
The company is looking to recruit a suitably experienced Care Manager to assume the following responsibilities:-managing carers rota-liaising with Social Workers and Commissioning Team regarding care packages- assisting the registered manager in carrying out Service User Satisfaction questionnaires- arranging carer supervision and appraisal sessions- logging all carer visits into the booking systems and ensuring that carers are logging in and out electronically- collating and filing Service User notes - ensuring that carers have sufficient supplied of Personal Protective Clothing

Core Requirements- previous experience of working within Health and Social Care will be essential- Excellent ability to use office software as this requires handling huge amount of data at a very fast pace- working knowledge of the Domiciliary Care Requirements
Working Hours 8 to 4pm Monday to Friday with occasional Out of Hours on-call duties as agreed
