Prestigious golf club requires a talented chef de partie.
Cafe Bistro orientated menus with daily specials in addition to visiting party lunch and dinner menus. We also make most of our daily homebaking and operate a busy venue throughout the year.
We are looking for someone who would prefer a better work life balance (most shifts are 9am - 5/6pm (4pm in the winter) with some late shifts in the summer months in line with the business. We try to offer a regular rota where you can enjoy every other weekend off on a 5 day on 2 day off system - working an average of 40-45 hours per week.
You should posess all the relevant kitchen skills - grill and larder skills are a must and you should be ambitious enough to take ownership of your menus and work well within the team as a whole. A good knowledge of all HASAP requirements and legislation are required.
Due to the location you will need to be able to drive and have access to a car.
