An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employer Brand/Social Media Manager to join the People Team at The Ivy Collection.

The role is to manage and develop The Ivy Collection’s employer brand through our various social media and on-line recruitment channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and our careers page, as well supporting internal employee communications channels.

You will be responsible for driving the number of followers both internally and externally and engagement across these channels, ultimately to attract the best talent into the business and aid employee retention.

We are looking for a self-starter who can manage a varied workload and isn’t scared of getting stuck in. The role will heavily focus on the following:
• Recruitment marketing and communications initiatives to engage and attract the best candidates;
• To build The Ivy Collection’s Employer Brand in line with our strategy and culture, ensuring we recruit and retain great people.
• To develop and maintain the employee experience within The Ivy Collection from recruitment stage and throughout the whole employee journey.
• Support the recruitment team in recruitment advertising and setting up of recruitment campaigns;
• Develop and manage our career social media channels.

This will be a fantastic opportunity for someone with a real passion for social media paired with a passion for the restaurant industry and recruitment to join and grow within The Ivy Collection’s People Team.
