LOOKING FOR A SOUS CHEF TO WORK AT A LARGE WEEKEND RESIDENCE IN SURREY
Seeking an experienced Sous chef to work at our clients’ stunning estate in Surrey. You will be working at a large private house kitchen alongside the Head Chef and Kitchen Porter.
The house caters for everything from small family visits to conferences and events for up to 50 people and all enjoy a wide range of cuisines.
The Sous Chef should be able to work with the Head chef to cover all meals during an event.
Flexibility is required with working hours and the hours may be longer when guests are staying at the residence. The working week is 5 days out of 7, however flexibility is paramount.
The successful candidate will need to be happy working as part of a team and have a strong work ethic that supports the team in the Kitchen and in the house as a whole, we look to find a good humoured and well-rounded individual who can really add to the team.
The salary on offer will be £35,000 to £40,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)
