Chef de Partie for New Modern British Restaurant in Putney
We are looking for a skilled Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Home SW15, Putney!
The Team: The team behind Home SW15 have a background of opening relaxed and welcoming local, neighbourhood restaurants and bars. Craig, “the two Freddie’s” and Head Chef Lee all met whilst working at Charlotte’s Bistro in West London where they won several accolades including Chiswick’s Best Loved Local 2015 in Time Out and the Waitrose Readers’ Restaurant of the Year 2015 for London. The boys left Charlotte’s in August 2017 to open their own place in South West London have created what they feel Putney has always been missing; a really buzzy all day restaurant with a fantastic bar selling a cracking cup coffee in the morning and delicious ‘Made @ Home’ cocktails in the evening.
The Food: Home SW15 is open morning ‘til night, 7 days a week serving comforting, yet innovative, modern British food in a space designed to make you feel at home. We change our menu weekly and always in line with the season. Our current menu includes dishes such as Beef Tartare with Crispy Onions & Duck Livers with Bacon, Sherry Vinegar on Homemade Brioche. We also run a Sunday Supper Club where we cook an amazing Sharing dish every week such as Slow Cooked Ham Hock with a Dijon & Mustard Glaze.
The Position: We are looking for a skilled Senior Chef de Partie who has had previous experience on all sections of the Kitchen. You will need to have the ability to work well and communicate under pressure and be passionate about cooking with fresh, seasonal produce.
The Shifts, Perks & Pay:
Up to 25K Per Annum including Tronc.
Our Chefs work 8 shifts a week and are paid overtime for any extra shifts worked.
We cook staff breakfast & lunch and all sit down to eat together before each service.
28 Days Holiday Including Public Holidays.
We are closed on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.
