The Milton Brasserie are currently looking to recruit a Sous Chef.
The restaurant is based at Crathes, Banchory and is a family owned establishment. We are a day time operation from 9.30am-5pm. The business is split up between the brasserie which is open for lunch every day and the conservatory which offers coffee/tea, scones and home bakes all made in house.
If you are:
• Passionate with solid experience in a high volume restaurant or brasserie
• A strong team leader
• Enthusiastic and reliable with good ideas for new dishes
• An excellent communicator that can work in busy fast paced environment
• Full of energy to deliver incredible and consistent service in a high quality environment
• A Sous or Jr Sous with previous experience
