Sous Chef required to help lead the team at this Contemporary British Restaurant. Set in a beautiful Georgian Manor House in Warrington
Our restaurant serves the best of British cooking inspired by the tastes and flavours of the many diverse cultures that make up the British Isles.
Our seasonal menu offers the finest dishes, freshly prepared and cooked to order with ingredients that are sourced locally or from within the UK.
Our inspirational and creative chefs are passionate about the food they produce, and create dishes from the finest and freshest of the season's highlights
Working with a trusted network of suppliers, we aim to source the best available produce in season and whereever possible we will source locally.
Our Restaurant champions great local produce through its menus and introduces themed evenings to celebrate renowned seasonal ingredients.
You will : -
·Have previous experience in a similar role
·Be able to develop and help train the kitchen team to a high standard to maximise both food quality and service
·Be flexible and adaptable
·Have a strong passion for food and for customer satisfaction
·Possess excellent organisational and leadership skills, be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work and you should be reliable and punctual
We are offering: -
A Salary up to £25,000 plus Great Tips.
Holiday Pay, Meals on duty, Pension etc
