Yaxham Waters Holiday Park Ltd – Breakfast Chef

Due to an increase in trade we are looking to employ a Breakfast Chef to join our café team. If you have a passion for food and want to be part of a friendly team then, Yaxham Waters is for you.

Our chefs are promoting a more efficient and effective ‘café culture’. The ideal candidate will have the drive and enthusiasm to create lovely dishes that can maximise profits whilst utilising all ingredients at their disposal.

The Breakfast Chef’s role will consist of, but is not limited to:

Cooking breakfast

Prepping for service

Maximising the use of all stock including short dated items to minimise wastage

Portion control


Our chef’s will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager. In time, a Head Chef position will become available and all chefs will be invited to apply.

We are open 7 days a week, between 08.00am and 17.00pm Sunday to Thursday. And 8.00am and 17.00pm (Winter), 8.00am and 20.30pm Friday to Saturday (Summer).

This position is based on 16-20 hours per week, you will work 5/7 days. Your shift will be 7am – Midday.

We do not expect our staff to work short or split shifts. All of our staff are paid above national minimum wage.

Our business forms part of an upmarket holiday park, Yaxham Waters. In addition to the café we have holiday lodges which can be used as a holiday home or even be used as investment lodges. In the future we plan to cater for weddings etc. You can find us on line.

Staff qualify for 50% discount on food and drink purchased in the café, and everyone shares in the tip pot at the end of the month, depending on total hours worked.
