My client an impressive conference and meeting centre and restaurant based in Kingston upon Thames is on the lookout for a confident Sous Chef to head the kitchen team in the absence of Head Chef at this high quality operation.
This role is suited to candidates who have previous experience working at good 4 star or 5 Star operations that offer high volume C&B and an a la carte menu at roughly Rosette standard. The operation offers Rosette standard a la carte, conference and banqueting and weddings for business and leisure customers. For the right candidate who really wants to progress their career this is an amazing opportunity.
Live in facilities generally available but sought after and often changing so will need to be reviewed on a case to case basis.
Clientele will include leisure tourists and corporate clients depending on the time of year. Rosette experience is not essential but a good background in fresh food and high volume output will be beneficial.
The salary for the role is negotiable but up to £32,000 with immediate interview and start for successful applicants.
