We are disrupting our industry and are now more Telesales and Call Centre team members for our busy contact centre based in Wembley.
We are a sameday cake specialist and have revolutionised how to make and deliver bespoke cakes. We really do create hundreds of smiles each and every day and change the lives of so many. Our customers can order till 9pm for sameday cake delivery. We have over 500 varieties and each and every cake is handmade, personalised and delivered. No one else makes cakes with our quality, service, value, availability or price points. We are by far the industry leader!
We now have a team of nearly 50 and produce thousands of cakes and pastries each and every month. Each order is managed start to finish inhouse by our dedicated teams. We do not outsource anything, from our team of Celebration Advisers, Bakers, Decorators, Cake Artists to our Delivery Drivers it is an end to end solution in house.
Due to continued planned expansion we are now seeking experienced Sales professionals who ideally have at least 6 months in a Sales Leadership role albeit in a Team Leader or Supervisor capacity. We are looking for someone who is a Sales professional with solid experience to managing team members. We are need of someone who is driven, motivated and hungry for success. There are plenty of opportunities to further yourself and your careers.
The role will be reporting directly to our Director who has many years of experiences Managing, Leading and developing contact centres or sales environments. This role will be integral to helping them directly grow the team. You will be working closely with our Trainer and also helping to develop our in house elearning platform. Daily duties will ensure working closely with all Advisers to ensure all systems, process and procedures are being followed. It will also be rolling out of new products and offering ensuring each adviser is comfortable in delivering what is required. It may even require you to roll up your sleeves to answer calls and process orders as and when required. You will be managing both inbound and outbound campaigns.

We operate 7 days a week, 364 days a year 8am til 10pm. You will be required to work evenings and weekend.
