Country pub in the surrey hills are looking for a chef de partie to join their brigade.
As a chef the partie you will have the opportunity to work in a state of the art kitchen with chefs with AA rosette experience who will provide you with the best possible training.
Working only with seasonal and mostly local produce the pub is gathering a great following and the kitchen team is striving to achieve accolades from the AA and The Good Food guides.
