Sous Chef - Monday to Friday - Contract Catering - St James - £28K
Forge are working with a fantastic contract caterer to recruit a Sous Chef for a high profile site in St James.
The site offers a full staff dining offer to the 700 people on site. The retail offer is to the highest standard and the clientele are very knowledgeable and passionate about their food hence the quality of the produce is excellent.
The role is predominantly focused on the staff restaurant with a small hospitality offer.
The Sous Chef will work very closely with the Head Chef to deliver a quality food offer throughout.
Responsibilities will include:
- Staff training and development
- Menu development
- Running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
- Managing stocks and orders
We want to hear from experienced Sous Chefs or Sr CDP's looking for the next step in their careers.
Sous Chefs should have experience working in quality environments to high volume and be comfortable leading a team of chefs.
Salary: up to £28k
Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
