We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised self-starter with a passion for success and a can-do attitude. Your role will consist of sourcing new business and selling private hire spaces within our private members club. Ideally, you will have some events and/or high end/luxury brands sales experience.

Job role:

- To think of creative ways to source new business e.g. outreach to lists of relevant people, agencies and event companies etc

- To source and book events from the membership base and organic enquiries

- To work proactively as well as reactively to ensure targets are met weekly

- Identify opportunities within all enquiries and share with the team e.g. collaborations, sponsorship, merchandising etc

- Be available to ensure that all events are handed over to the operations team and they run smoothly

- Focus on weekly sales and targets to ensure the private hire spaces are always booked


You will:

• Be a good to great sales person and have some experience and enjoyment of selling

• Be extremly organized and proactive, a great multi tasker who enjoys a fast paced environment and social interaction

• have some knowledge and experience of events and members clubs

• have sales experience and happy to work on commission and meet set targets

• have good computer skills

• be a good communicator

NB. Ideally there is no task too big or too small and nothing is ever impossible

Tools needed

• Own laptop

You will have to be detail and sales focused as a requisite to being successful in this role. We will set realistic targets for your trial period and ongoing

During the probation period, we will be looking for:

You will work a minimum of 40 hours a week, with flexible working hours but predominantly 11 – 7 Monday - Friday. You will also be on call on Saturdays should the need arise to help with tasks and general event management. Days are flexible as some of the work may be able to be done remotely.

Your work will have a particular emphasis on generating revenue and there will be a commission structure in place to ensure that targets are met and achieved. There will be an initial review after month 1 and then another after month 3 leading to a permanent offer.
