Are you in an existing Recruitment role and looking for more of an Account Management position focused on delivery?

Due to growth and success in our marketplace we are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruiter to work on a warm desk providing office and Admin professionals to a number of existing and new clients. We are an independent Recruitment Consultancy based In Essex, and due to ongoing growth and expansion we are looking for a talented Recruitment Professional to join us.

Please note we work a little differently to other agencies, we don't enforce strict KPI's and calling times… we work on the basis that our passion leads us to do we do what needs to be done to best service our clients and candidates and this changes on a daily basis - so we are looking for people that can understand that principle and work as part of our team to best service our clients and candidates…..

This role involves all aspects of Recruitment, such as Business Development, Resourcing/Interviewing/screening Candidates. We are looking for someone who can also service and deliver existing PSL's in place with some of our key clients.

Located in Basildon, Essex, Adore Recruitment has grown steadily over the last few years and has more exciting growth plans in 2018.

Our key areas of expertise include; Commercial& Admin, Sales, Industrial, Construction & Engineering and we are recruiting for a talented Recruitment Consultant to help us both service our existing clients and grow the business by building further opportunities. This is an ideal role for someone from a Recruitment background or has some experience in the field of Recruitment and wants to develop this further in an environment that rewards success and nurtures individual talent.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Experience within a sales environment
  • Recruitment delivery experience highly desirable but not essential
  • Excellent at Written and Verbal Communication
  • Strong Account Management Skills

This role would also suit an existing recruiter with a passion for delivery who dislikes high volumes of 'cold calling' as you will be Recruiting into an existing client base.

Candidates coming from a Recruitment background or have some experience in the field of Recruitment and wants to develop this further in an environment that rewards success and nurtures individual talent will have an advantage.
